A very focused, if almost mono-thematic reading of this wonderful vineyard, with pear fruit and some lees character. The restrained ripeness level is appreciated, but there is a hint of bitterness on the finish which is distracting.
Blowsy, ripe and honeyed, but with thirst-enhancing streaks of stone and salt and great acidity too. Fairly broad, and maybe not for the long haul – but a tasty drop right now.

Spiced apple aromas give way to racy acids, no lack of freshness here. Some candied fruit chunks and a tight, focused body. Could do with a year or two to fatten out a little.
Driven by a salty energy that provides a lot of freshness and tension, with attractive limey fruit and citrus notes. Youthful and fairly simple, but with plenty of drive.
Attractive fruit expression, but a little on the flabby side – there is Riesling character in the tangy fruit, but a lack of drive and excitement. The finish is surprisingly vegetal for this young wine.

A slightly riper style that remains quite shy and peppery on the nose. Good balance and harmony, no fireworks here but a wine that’s already enjoyable and should have another few years ahead.
Delicate aromas of citrus zest and a hint of camphor. Feels ripe but with enough freshness to keep it balanced. Super youthful and fairly monothematic at this stage, but a nice elegant style.
Fresh and lemon zested nose, attractively light weight but with plenty of Grüner character. Hint of candied papaya on the finish.
