Thanks Simon for this piece. I'm particularly inspired to try to mess with people with some Kobatl or Szolo Harzlevelu. I wonder, specifically, about experimenting with laying away a few bottles of wines like that Harzlevelu to challenge some Burgundy snob. Have you ever had chance to taste anything from Szolo with some age on it?

Hi Adam, glad you enjoyed the piece. I guess Szolo's wines have a distinctly different profile to white Burgundy, but I think they will certainly age. I haven't yet tasted anything more than 4-5 years old.
