Spicy, citrussy notes and well balanced tannins. This has all the structure of a great qvevri wine but misses some fruit character. That said, there’s ripe lemon and lime fruit and a longish finish. The freshness is what carries this wine.
From a winery established in 2014. Their own vineyards are in Kakheti but this is from a friend’s plot in Kartli.
