Ripe black cherry and plum fruit provide an expressive and attractive palate to this structured and quite savoury wine. The acidity is lively and there’s plenty of lift and energy. Structured, but accessible now and definitely one to cellar for a few years. A solid effort, if with a slightly atypical character for the variety.
