Ripe and almost buttery on the nose. Gorgeous texture, silken and creamy with lifted citrus and balsamic notes. Full of minerals and salts which freshen up the finish. If this has seen oak, it’s beautifully done – there’s depth, harmony, tension, length and freshness. And still so young, it can only get better!
