Bojador is the personal winemaking project of Herdade do Rocim’s chief winemaker Pedro Ribeiro.
There’s a hint of hay or dried herb on the nose. Leesy, creamy texture and really tangy, salty energy. With aeration, the fruit reveals itself: crunchy green apple with a whisp of fresh apricot. Quite lean, but full of interest – just needs time to come together a bit more and maybe flesh out a bit more.
Very subtle phenolics that clean the palate.
