There are enticing aromas of green pepper and bay leaf, in this fresh, scintillating red. Super exciting acids, with fine grained but crunchy tannins. The fruit is really typical for the variety – sour cherries through and through.
The 14% alcohol quoted on the label isn’t noticeable at all, the wine feels so fresh and lively.
Vinified with semi-carbonic maceration (some whole bunches), for a slightly softer texture.
