Very pure, citrussy and limey – really feels like it expresses the whole range of rocks and minerals to be found in the vineyard (mica slate, gneiss, marble and crystalline rock). Lovely acidity, but also a nicely rounded texture. Potentially a very great wine indeed, with some bottle age.
