Here, sharp green apple and lime are the primary fruits, and the palate explodes with life, nervy acids and minerals. The finish is spicy and tangy. It’s perfectly balanced, exciting and definitely worth ageing for some years too.
Right now, the nose is shy, but this will open up with age.
