Soft textured, with delicate yet expressive fruit – fresh apricot, ripe yellow plums and citrus. There’s loads of energy and lift in this wine, and just a hint of Grüner’s more green, vegetal side. Really characterful, balanced and interesting – and evolving very nicely. Totally ready for business, but no harm in cellaring this for a year or two longer.
