Green apple and some pungent notes, sensation of sweetness on the attack, balanced by good splash of lemon juice. Pretty balanced if on the sweet side and fairly light-framed.
As is typical for this estate, this wine fermented spontaneously and incredibly slowly, from harvest in October all the way through to the following July.
