Seriously reductive – nose is redolent of fried onions right now. However the fruit is sensational – limpid, ripe cherry with a lovely tart kick. Serious structure, but there’s enough fruit to balance it. The nose needs to integrate a bit, but there is enormous potential here – and loads of character.
