
Gvantsa is Baia Abduladze’s sister (Baia’s wine), and now finally gets her own label – sorry I don’t have a better photo of it, as it’s a great design. Super high acids here, with very sharp raspberry and redcurrant that is nonetheless exciting and refreshing. The texture is soft, with some herbal and iodine-like character. A fascinating style, almost a Georgian “Gamay”.
