Fermented in talha (10 months?), 3 months ageing in bottle. Bright and silky pear fruit with a sprightly mineral kick, heads in quite a savoury, dried herb direction on the finish. Light bodied, fresh but with talha character.
Lovely roundness to the mid-palate. However, there’s a slightly dirty note on the nose and the palate, thought at first to be TCA, but turns out not to be.
