A tight and well defined Grüner, with that creamy – almost buttery – character. Loads of green pepper on display, but also a salty mineral tang that lifts and refreshes the palate.
The ripeness here is perfectly judged, giving a feeling of generosity and sweetness that is nicely offset by the acidity and the leesy texture.
