Alvin Justschitsch’s 2020 Heiligenstein still feels quite simplistic right now. It leads with a primary nose of lime and guava fruit, then offering up a tight and almost lean palate with crisp acidity and bright citrus fruits.
As always with Alvin’s wines, the magic seems to happen with the finish, which is long and silken, with a subtle sweetness.
Hold this until 2023 for best results!
