This is utterly Riesling on the palate, with limey, citrus energy and a serious mineral drive. But beguilingly, the nose suggests riper, softer notes of pear and guava.
As ever, the energy levels are very high – the acidity is entrancing and refreshing, lifting this wine into the heavens – and making me salivate for another sip. I think that means it’s good!
