Traditional talha vinification – a layer of stems at the bottom of the talha, and left until St. Martin’s day before racking and then bottling.
Dried fruits and raisins on the nose, with a charming palate that’s full of ripe fruit and freshness. There are hints of white flowers, fresh herbs and just a little sweetness. A delicious and typical wine for this technique and region, with loads of harmony.
