Traditional talha vinification – a layer of stems at the bottom of the talha, and left until St. Martin’s day before racking and then bottling.
Tight structured, with wiry blackcurrant and raspberry fruit and ripe and very well integrated tannins. There’s a slightly smoky hint to the tannins, and overall a nice lightness of touch. Nicely expressive but feels like the fruit is a bit muted compared to the 2018.
