Mtsvane is a grape variety that can easily give way too much tannins if yields are not curbed. Here, it is not only gloriously fresh and energetic, but also packed with ripe pear and apricot fruit.

Ocho is a new line of wines produced by the DoReMi team, with input from their children. In general, I’d say the Ocho wines are for slightly earlier drinking than their DoReMi equivalents.
