Quite chewy, with some woodiness – the oak hasn’t quite integrated yet, which isn’t a surprise as this isn’t even bottled just yet. Shows the potential of this exceptional vineyard site, with an open, pure-fruited character and lovely freshness and minerality. The fruit is more red cherry and cranberry. Great potential here.
