Tight, tangy and spicy, this Sauvignon has wonderful acidity and plenty of excitement on the palate. Despite its fairly high ripeness, the fruit feels almost lean, and very precisely sculpted.
There are notes of grapefruit, unripe kiwi and passion fruit.
Perhaps a little strident right now, this should do well from 2023 onwards
