Savoury and structured, with salty, sinewy fruit that belies the ripeness level of this wine in its fresh, taut character. The nose is meaty and herbal, while the fruit has a concentrated, dried character. Oak has not entirely integrated here, but the fruit acids and the minerality of the soils are really evident.
