Powerful and peppery, this is a Grüner for those who want the full vegetal experience – green capsicum with a bit of butter and ripe apple. The wine is balanced, with a salty streak on the finish that refreshes the palate. It’s probably a love-hate style but it’s certainly been well executed here.
