Savoury and balsamic on the nose, and a wee bit animalistic too. Terrific mineral, salty energy, as one wants and expects from Eisenberg. The fruit is cranberry and redcurrant dominated, with a slightly herby funk that is not unpleasant – but maybe indicates less than rigourously clean barrels. (barrel sample)
