The nose invites with a Pinot Blanc-like note of chamomile, cream soda, honey and matchstick (light reduction). Full bodied, rich and slightly honeyed, yet dry on the finish.
Sculpted, focused green plum and pear fruit, which gives way to a mineral, salty finish.
Wonderful balance and harmony. This is young but already drinking well, and with lots more to give for those who can be patient. Exceptional!
One day of skin contact, then fermented in steel. A few months in neutral oak before a final 4 months decantation in steel. Unfiltered and unfined.
