Dry, almost nutty style, with lovely ripe citrus fruits (red grapefruit, mandarin), but very tight and focused. Great expression and handles its prodigious alcohol extremely well. Attractive nose of kiwi with a hint of musk.
Spontaneous fermentation at a relatively warm 17C, in steel tank.
