Tangy and spicy (botrytis?), with hints of candied peel and balsamic on the nose. Wonderful texture, subtle lees hint and oh so fine and elegant. An outstanding effort from a domain which doesn’t always scale these heights. Fine length and excellent definition, with just enough hint of sweetness on the finish to provide depth.
