Welcome back to this unique guide to one of my favourite regions. Every wine reviewed here was made from organically or biodynamically farmed grapes, and vinified with minimal intervention in the cellar. If you missed Part 1, take a quick look at the introduction.
A subscriber asked last week about how the wines are selected. There is no pay-to-play. I contact a wide range of importers and growers whose wines fit the guide’s specifications (see Part 1). They decide whether to participate, and which wines to submit. Bottles are provided free of charge. I don’t ask for any fee, neither do I accept advertising or sponsorship. All wines are tasted blind to ensure we are not influenced by price or label.

Our Top Ten
These wines hit the high notes for all three tasters (including myself)1. Given our diverse tastes, that’s quite the compliment. Full tasting notes and details in the main guide below. Four of these wines priced €30 or lower are highlighted for their exceptional value.
